Motivation/Procrastination Problems:
If we know we’re going to do something fun, we usually
would look forward to it. So how do we get ourselves motivated
to do things we don’t like doing? By emphasizing on
the positive outcomes of doing those very things! If we re-align
our minds with the motivational factors behind doing the things
we don’t like doing, we would want to do these things
first. The mind is very powerful indeed. But first, I help
you get rid of your negative emotions by confronting them.
