Many sexual problems are related to subconscious associations with some triggers in the past, which can be effectively helped with Inner Change Counselling. Because you are the one who will work through your memories, feelings and past and current events, it is not necessary for you to share intimate details with me, as you process your own issues. You just have to name the emotions you experience as I encourage you to process those emotions until they no longer have a hold over you. This is a process of desensitisation. It seems to work really well with sexual dysfunctions, male or female. It is, however, preferrable if both partners engage in this therapy, although the unavailability of one partner should not void the work with the other. That said, as a female therapist, I can only work with females on an individual basis and only work with males (content free) in the context of couples therapy. This means the first session is a joint session, followed by individual sessions as required.

I ask scaling questions so that you yourself may notice the change within you, not just because you think so, but because you KNOW so.
