Self-esteem cannot be pulled out of a hat. Nor can a person have it simply by wanting it. Your life is a continuum of narratives, good and bad, from birth till now. These narratives shape your view of yourself. Working experientially, Inner Change Counselling helps you find a new identity within your own pool of past memories, current wisdom, and future hope, integrating these three to form new realities that you discover, by yourself, and for yourself. This is why experiential work is so powerful: it is not talking ABOUT the future, but EXPERIENCING the future, while validating the past and present.

I ask scaling questions so that you yourself will notice the change within you, not just because you think so, but because you KNOW so.
