This is an area that conventional hypnotherapy can achieve great results. However, I have moved on from stand-alone hypnotherapy to process-oriented counselling. The reason is that unless the person’s secondary issues related to smoking are addressed, the results, however dramatic, may not be long term, or if they are long term, other problem areas may surface.

I ask scaling questions so that you yourself will notice the change within you, not just because you think so, but because you KNOW so. Please feel free to leave a comment or question.
