Category Archives: Phobia

Phobias are often caused by a subconscious connection with something in the past, sometimes even very minor events in which the person was “traumatised”, as seemingly harmless as being locked in a broom cupboard while playing hide-and-seek as a child. As you re-experience your past, quietly and deeply, you may gain insights to events that might have contributed to your current phobia. Inner Change Therapy helps you reprocess feelings from those events, if found. If not found, a reprocessing of feelings without past context is still possible and equally beneficial. Most people do have the inner wisdom, knowledge and insight to know what it is that they need to address in order to be free of the phobia. After reprocessing these past emotions, a future-oriented focus for new possibilities and meanings will help you overcome your phobia.

I ask scaling questions so that you yourself will notice the change within you, not just because you think so, but because you KNOW so.
