Performance anxiety often has an association with something in the past. Inner Change Counselling allows you to explore the same anxiety that you may have experienced in the past, even if in different contexts. Releasing those anxieties experientially often helps the client gain confidence, whether in sport, arts, public speaking, or another other type of “performance” while observed by others. Process-oriented work helps you experience your future preferred outcomes once your past anxieties have been dealt with, so that you will gain freedom from this crippling condition.

I ask scaling questions so that you yourself will notice the change within you, not just because you think so, but because you KNOW so.
