OCD is one of the problems that non-process-oriented counselling often produces limited results or take disproportional amount of time to achieve outcomes. This is because it is not the cognitive mind that needs new information, but the inner experience that needs to shift to more productive and functional future possibilities. This is achieved through vicarious learning, experiencing the future calm and peace as if you already had it, while dealing with whatever past emotions and experiences that had held you back, through deep process-work.

Throughout the session(s), I ask scaling questions so that you yourself will notice the change within you, not just because you think so, but because you KNOW so.
