Grief is a natural process of healing. Early grief is a necessary part of healing. However, when grief is prolonged (according to your own definition) and is interfering with your functioning, Inner Change Counselling may help. With the inner resources and wisdom you bring to the session, which you will discover through process-oriented work, you will experientially learn and grow from your grief to live a more functional and fulfilling life.
Throughout the session(s), I ask scaling questions so that you yourself will notice the change within you, not just because you think so, but because you KNOW so.
