Talking about depression often makes the depression worse. The question then is how to deal with depression without focusing on it and making it worse. Inner Change Counselling uses a different paradigm of change and allows experiential learning of future possibilities, not just in talking about them, but in processing whatever feelings are real, but with a focus of learning new resources for healing and moving into a preferred future.

Throughout the session(s), I ask scaling questions so that you yourself will notice the change within you, not just because you think so, but because you KNOW so.
