Inner Change Counselling works powerfully for alcoholism because you work on a very deep level through experiential and process-oriented work. Working from past to present to future, the objective is to help you find peace along your own time line, making alcohol unnecessary as your inner wisdom tells you, so that the part of you that wants to be free will triumph and alcohol no longer holds such a lure for you. If desired, you can reassociate alcohol with the negative things in life experientially until you do not (and even cannot) drink alcohol any longer!

Throughout the session(s), I ask scaling questions so that you yourself may notice the change within you, not just because you think so, but because you KNOW so.
